  1. Ensure staff member has gloves & mask on
  2. Disinfect all surfaces before serving first customer e.g. ALL flat surfaces, EFT, iPAD, oven handles
  3. Ask customers to keep social distance standard from both vehicle and other customers
  4. Customer orders from CSR (Cust Service Rep)
  5. CSR collects items from either serving side or oven. Places order at the end of the serving side.
  6. CSR checks out EFT and steps away from the customer keeping social distance standards
  7. Move to next customer
